Step 3: Invest
Before capital is committed, all investors are qualified through our designated Exempt Market Dealer (EMD), who is responsible for determining your eligibility as an Accredited Investor or Qualified Investor under applicable Canadian and US securities legislation. Once eligibility is confirmed, your capital is held in trust at a Canadian bank until deployed into a vetted acquisition. You receive bi-annual reporting and quarterly distributions from Year 3.
Step 4: Grow
Sit back. We handle everything – acquisition, capital improvements, property management, tenant relations, and asset optimization. Your job is to watch your investment work.
