Infinite Property Group was founded by Manjit Virk, a multifamily specialist who spent nearly two decades mastering one asset class, one transaction at a time.

Starting with a real estate license earned in 2008 and a deliberate decision to specialize exclusively in multifamily, Manjit built a track record that speaks for itself: hundreds of millions in closed transactions, a deep network of off-market relationships, and a reputation built on delivering results for clients across Ontario and beyond.

IPG was created to take that expertise and open it up – to give individual investors, advisors, and institutions access to the same caliber of multifamily opportunities historically reserved for the largest players in the market.

Founder & CEO
Manjit Virk has spent over 17 years doing one thing exceptionally well: acquiring multifamily apartment buildings in Canada. After earning his real estate license in Ontario in 2008, Manjit made a deliberate choice to specialize — focusing exclusively on the multifamily asset class and building the kind of deep market knowledge that only comes from years of dedicated focus. That decision paid off. Today, Manjit leads a team responsible for hundreds of millions in closed transactions, with a particular expertise in off-market deals that never reach the public market. Manjit founded Infinite Property Group on the belief that the best real estate opportunities shouldn't be limited to institutional players. His mission is straightforward: build a vehicle that delivers institutional-grade returns to investors of all sizes, backed by real assets and guided by integrity at every step. Honesty. Integrity. Alex Brogantz

Principal & COO, Multifamily Development
Alex Brogantz brings over 18 years of local and international real estate experience to Infinite Property Group — with a specific focus on multifamily development, rezoning, and asset financing. Before joining IPG, Alex oversaw the rezoning and development process for approximately 2,800 rental units and managed the financing and refinancing of 1,260 units across the GTA. His deep understanding of the development pipeline — from municipal approvals through to stabilized operations — gives IPG a critical edge in identifying and executing new development opportunities. Alex's role at IPG spans acquisition assessment, development oversight, and operational strategy — ensuring every asset in the portfolio is positioned for maximum long-term performance.

Barry Polisuk

Senior Counsel
Barry Polisuk brings over 35 years of legal experience to Infinite Property Group, specializing in secured lending, corporate commercial transactions, real estate law, and securities. Over the course of his career, Barry has worked on real estate transactions valued at up to $100M — including condominium developments, commercial acquisitions, and complex refinancing structures. At IPG, Barry oversees all legal aspects of fund transactions, ensuring investor capital is protected from liability and every deal is structured with precision and care. For IPG investors, Barry's presence means one thing: every transaction is reviewed by one of Canada's most experienced real estate lawyers before a dollar moves.
